Becoming the Norm
With the second year of female commentators being involved in the IPL now done and dusted, I got the feeling that it’s no longer a surprise when people tune in and hear a female voice.
This certainly hasn’t been an over night shift as this article by Sharda Ugra in Cricket Monthly highlights. As much as all the women mentioned are happy to be “one the comms team” there is still bond and support network that is quite special.
